Screen not working after cleaning device

Being less than a year old and working perfectly well this morning in class, I went home to spray the outside (screen, keyboard, outer casing) with windex and wipe it down. After, the screen no longer worked. Hooked up to a second hdmi monitor, the laptop works perfectly fine otherwise: powers up, keyboard works, it just treats the other monitor as the only screen now. I tried resetting it many times, updating it, and even took apart the bottom case to perform a power drain. Would there be anything I could check, loose cables or something that could troubleshoot this? I feel as though it is a small and simple issue. Thank you!
