1 Computer unexpectedly shutting down after battery replacement
I recently replaced my battery with an ifixit battery. I calibrated the battery per the instructions, but the computer is unexpectedly shutting down while I still have significant battery life remaining (i.e. 62%). It will restart immediately and will sometimes run for a decent amount of time and sometimes shut down again immediately. It seems to run fine while plugged into the power adapter.

same problem but after 3 years and only 174 cycles. Pram reset, SMC reset, baterry disconnected and reconnected still shows "service is recommended" and performance on battery is short and erratic.
