Galaxy Watch water-damaged, not turning on after inside cleaning.

After water damaged, my watch was still working, the screen turned on but it has ghost touches... after removing the water from the components and cleaning with isopropyl 99%, it no longer boot up. Before I clean it, it boots up while I put it in charging, but shows the ⚠️ overheating logo. Should I replace the battery?
