I had a similar issue but with another model of fridge. A lot of the times the issue is part of the lever arm in the tray of the ice maker being jammed up with ice or just frozen. The arm should stick out the back, make sure it is moving freely. There is probably a plunger that the arm sits in at the back near the motor, make sure it can move freely as well.

Not posting this as an answer because I haven't worked with this model of fridge before.
