White top screen and damaged shell hinge
I replaced my top screen, but its still broken?

Fixing a hinge almost always means a reshell. As for the screen, if you know the new one works i'd suspect a bad connector. Inspect all the pins for any that look bent or out of place, and gently try to wiggle the outside ones to check that the solder joints are solid. If you find any that aren't, they'll need to be re-flowed
