I dropped my ps4 and now my controllers won’t connect. i don’t think it is my controller because it was working before i dropped my ps4. i took my ps4 apart and nothing look damaged. only the casing around it was damaged. any tips on how to fix it?

When the PS4 is off, turn it on by holding power until it beeps a second time (about 7 seconds). This will take you into safe mode, where it will ask you to connect a controller. If you can connect a controller in safe mode, but not in the OS, then your wifi module needs to be replaced. If they don't connect in safe mode either, then your southbridge needs to be replaced.
