After dropping my iPhone 11, the screen did not crack but it stopped responding and has vertical lines. The vertical lines aren't red, green, or blue. Instead, the lines are white. The screen is only visible when applying hard pressure to the bottom left of the screen.

Ouch, seems pretty definite that it's time for a new screen. There are hundreds of delicate connections between the circuitry etched on glass of the LCD and the flexible ribbon cable that connects it to the motherboard, and it's all to easy to damage those connections from a drop so it doesn't take an actual crack in the glass to ruin the LCD.
The screen on your phone is fairly straight-forward to replace; just be careful when transferring the earpiece speaker assembly from the old screen to the new one. Here are the instructions you'll need to do the job.
