My AC is not working
In a hot sunny day it just blow out hot air, does that gonna effect on cold weather too on fogs formation on windscreens

Means there is very little to no AC. See if the compressor clutch actually engages, any leaks in AC pipeline and if heat exchangers are too dirty.
