1 Battery stop working and charging
My battery is stucked on 0%, it didn't even give me any warning. Once I remove the charger, the laptop goes off. What can I do?
Is the battery totally gone or can it be safe?

Battery could either be dead, or disconnected/have a loose connection. Check that out first
