board damage by ESD believed to be caused by lightning strike

Where can I find schematics or IC identification for board components?

Cannot find proper component needed. the chip im looking for has physical damage but i can still make out most of the numbers on it which are "54260 18F" the other numbers i believe might be "S101" but again the chip was physically damaged where the last numbers are. if anyone knows of this chip or where i can go to try and identify this component i would greatly appreciate it. the company that manufactures this device is refusing to release any schematics or diagrams with the information i need and i cannot find any information on the net

Do you have a second unit? If you can open it up to get the info (take a few nice sharp pictures).

I do not have a second unit, the company only brought one, I requested one and they said they would try to bring me one as soon as they could but because of easily they go out its hard to not use every unit they have. I believe I may have found a replacement but i would still need a second unit to test the new chip against an original working chip
