Fuel pump will stay running even with key off

With key on, fuel line will not pressurize, pump will continue to run even with key off. Pickup will start first time after I connect battery and after that will just turn over. Must be flooding engine because fuel pump runs and will not stop after pressurized. It’s a 1988 Toyota 22re fuel injection.
