Multiple CD tray won't open in jukebox shape player

I have a jukebox shape CD player. It will take 3 CDs. It makes a noise but none of the drawers will open. I can't see an actual brand on it. I can't locate a pin hole to try that way.

Is there a product info/specification label anywhere on the device e.g. bottom, sides etc?

If nothing at all then post some images of the device in your question, perhaps someone may be able to identify what the make and model is.
