My wont my phone charge
when i plug my phone in it wont charge but when i turn it off it charges why does this happen?

do you get any moisture/heat warnings?
try leaving it on charging for a bit (you should write down what % it was to remember) then unplug it after 30 mins-1 hour, turn it off, and then back on, then compare to see if its just not showing its charging or if it actually isnt charging :)
