Replaced left speaker but now screen is black

I replaced the left speaker in my MacBook Pro and had to remove the motherboard in order to do that. After finishing and putting computer back together, when I turned on the computer my screen is black but I can hear the startup sound

Using a flashlight shine it into the lids Apple logo (a poor man’s backlight), do you see a faint image of your desktop and its icons?

No, I unfortunately see nothing when doing that.

@michaelaspeaks - So the video signal is not reaching the display then. Check the displays LVDS cable and the logic board connector for damage.

I think you’re right, it might be the lvds cable. It looks like two prongs got bent when I initially put it back together.

Now you have to replace the cable which will require taking off the display and replacing the cable MacBook Pro Retina (2012-2015) Display LVDS Cable follow this guide MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2012 Display Assembly Replacement focus on Step 4 in this MacBook Pro Retina Display Teardown you only need to get to the connector on the T-CON board.
