Charging port not working
My charging port want charge my phone,I keep putting the charger on it to see if it charges

@barryboyd make sure that you check your charger and your charging cable. Check for bend, corroded or broken pins. After that clean your charging ports with a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air. If none of that works consider replacing the charging port. It is mounted on the daughter board (charging board). Use the guides from here to change it. While you are at it, replace the battery as well. That way you know it is good for the next couple of years.
Replacement boards are readily available online. A simple search will provide you with those links.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. The charging port is dirty. Try to clean it up. If it still doesn’t work after cleaning, you might need to replace it.
