Why is the motor not working inspite of replacing the batteries

I have replaced the batteries with new ones however on switching on the motor does not work. What is the solution

Presuming the motor is a brushed DC motor, this may be worn out brushes and commutator. To determine this would require disassembly to remove the motor for disassembly to examine the brushes and commutator. The best The best outcome may be broken wiring somewhere and repaired to restore full function.
