Need help finding replacement resistors

Hello,

As of about 5 days ago my MacBook does not turn on and will not charge. I am quite familiar with the endless possibilities Apple as to offer when it comes to sudden device failure due to Louis Rossmann. No I have discovered that one of the resistors on the bottom of the Logic Board as blown and I need helping finding the replacement part. I cannot find any information if i google the imprint of the nearby resistors (336 1.6k 830). Maybe i have misread the text.

Here are photos of my logicboard

It may be that those are capacitors but I don't know.

Thanks for any answers in advance.

Yes that’s a tantalum capacitor!

I’m just going out, when I get back I’ll take a look at the board view to get you the values and can aim you to a source.

@jw29435 that is reference designator C6581 which is a 33µF 16V 20% tantalum capacitor in a B3 case.

The difference between the B3 and B2 case is marginal

and a B2 will work on this board. Something like this cap will work

Hi

After a long time of summer vacation I finally got around to fixing it and the capacitor you suggested works perfectly fine.

Thank you👍🏼
