If rechargeable batteries power this DJI, several years of use may wear them out. Unless your owner's manual describes low battery charge and how it reacts, this may be programmed to return on low power. Rechargeable batteries have a finite life.

This was my first thought exactly

The battery’s still show full charge. And I tried three others.

Pardon me but "three others"? Three direct replacement batteries? How were they charged? Other than indicators displaying fully charged can you test battery power by arresting your drone from flying and commanding vertical travel at moderate setting and time how long power is applied until battery power drains? Or can you simply remain below 20 feet and remain hovering to time battery use? What you're testing are; battery or batteries, charging system and drone electronics. Perhaps going online to DJI or DJI forums may help with others familiar with your model and issues.

Usually the flashing lights mean either the drone battery its self is low or the drone is border line out of range of the controller. Have you changed controller batteries and made sure there's nothing to interfere with the signal?
