To add to Justin's excellent answer, if you prefer the iFixit-style step by step instruction format, there's a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has a screen replacement guide for your phone.

Good find! My searches filter out resources not in English because I cannot read them but in this case the photos are good enough to help even without being able to read the text.
@erelectronics Using Chrome it seems to work well with the automatic translation; I generally have no problem reading the translated text.
@dadibrokeit Hmm. Maybe automatic translators have progressed. It's been several years since I changed those settings because, when I tried, automatic translations were ungrammatical gibberish and most of the time I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to be reading. I'll see about giving it another go.
