My Touch Screen Randomly stopped working

some weeks ago i was using My Samsung without any issue, but then without any fall or water damage it stopped responding to touch, i updated the phone two weeks earlier to android 13. I've tried force restarting it it functions for a while then stops, I've done the factory data reset to. all to no avail. I really dont know if it,s the Main flex cable or the screen. It Just stopped working i've been checking for solutions most people there just tells me to either Force restart, change my screen, use droid kit, or Change my Main flex. Im really confused Cause the cost of the screen is quite expensive, Please Help me.

@okwolijoshua Samsung updates have unfortunately been known to create problems with some phones from time to time.

There is no official way to uninstall updates, but you can use a PC and Samsung Odin software to restore the system to an older software version.

Find the software version for your phone by googling eg "Samsung A52 stock ROM" and use Odin to load it. This should restore your phone to an older software version and hopefully fix the bug.

@dannish I took the phone to a utility store they were like my android version cant be downgraded

@Okwoli Joshua so most official stores won't do it for you, but you can do it yourself if you have a PC.

You can find the stock ROM for your phone on sites like Sammobile, eg: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy.... Make sure the model number is exact and the country as well, then download Samsung Odin for PC and flash the firmware.

Ok you mean the country where it was bought?

They only Have Android version 13

i want to downgrade it to 12 and one ui 4.1

@okwolijoshua if you select from the drop down menu there are older ROMs available for certain countries. Which country are you looking at?
