How do you remove the showcase tray assembly (DA97-15187A)
The tray does not easily fully extend (you have to force it) and it does not easily retract. Again, you have to force it and when you do it makes a snapping sound (like metal on plastic).

Tried the manufacturer's website for information? Some have consumer guides to help with everyday issues as well as a forum or live chat. I have a fridge and one of the drawers binds (new). I applied a light coat of clear silicone grease that made sliding smooth.
