Laptop went black on flight
The laptop was working on a flight and then just blacked out. When I plug it in the orange light comes on as if it's charging and the blue light is on. There is no sound coming from the unit (fan, etc.) but the keyboard backlight works. I tried the paperclip reset of the battery and also plugging it into a monitor all with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
