@dineshkuma42061 what have you checked? what have you tried? anything happened to this phone before?
First do a reset of your phones software. Backup your files and contacts if you are going to do a hard reset. Those will get erased.
If a reset does not resolve the problem, it is possible that this is an error with the speaker. You can always try to replace the speaker as shown on here
