Gamma counter stratec 300 alarm

Hello there, have gamma counter stratec SR300 for RIA , which gave me an alarm

( Sled Blocked Below)

Clear Deadlock

during measuring of background test, and other test.

i could not found that deadlock to clear the alarm.

anyone can help please.
