Hello, its looks like hard disc or ssd have problem. the pc want actualy say, there is no operating system to run. Can be only wrong booting setting in bios, or operating system on disc is damaged or disc is KO. try go to bios first and see when is showing some drive.

How do I fix it
Go to bios - first complete shut down the laptop, press power button and pressing F10 till when come bios screen. Then check there in somethink like system info or system configuration when is present disc drive. When yes, make "reset default settings" and SAVE it with press F10. try to reboot, when not solved you can try reinstall operating system. When in bios not showing drive, you can open the laptot and replace drive.
