Fridge evaporator fan that circulates cold air noisy and burning up

The evaporator fan that circulates cold air from the fridge coils to the top of the fridge was running loud then stopped working. I replaced the fan and it fixed my issue but now the new fan is noisy and sounds like it will eventually burn up and die too. It is currently circulating cold air properly though. The freezer is working without any issues. I let the coils defrost while replacing the fan and melted and removed all the ice buildup in the pan under the coils.

@mayer I did replace with OEM part and the original was making the same loud noise before it burned out as well
