You will have to wipe your phone in order to clear the passcode. Be warned that you will lose all data on the phone so hopefully you have a backup. Here's Apple's official response to forgetting your password on an iPhone.

past 4 years i used my iphone 11pro last week i found my phone on my cupboard iphone has not openning because i forgot my apple id and passcode i need phone to open and use regular phone

If you're the original purchaser and have proof of purchase, you can take that to an Apple store and they will remove the iCloud account from the phone. Otherwise you will almost certainly need to somehow recover the original Apple ID in order to clear it from the phone.

As @dadibrokeit says you’ll have to connect it to a computer and restore the phone back to factory settings. You will also need the Apple ID and password connected to the phone to set it up again. If not it’s a brick.
