Good morning,

I tried several times and my computer still stuck on the BIOS screen it just doesn't want to start normal. it is just stuck there and can't do anything. I have a Samsung all in one computer.

When the PC goes direct to the BIOS screen it can mean that it cannot find the storage drive (HDD or SSD) to boot from, into the operating system i.e. Windows, either due to a corrupted MBR or GPT boot partition in the drive or perhaps it is a faulty drive. But one step at a time.

What is the model number of the PC?

Can you move inside bios or is it just frozen when you enter bios? Try totaly reseting your bios by opening computer case and removing coin cell battery for couple of minutes.
