Floodlight diffuser came loose

Hi all, I am repairing an iPhone 11 and when switching the front microphone assembly I noticed that the diffuser of the floodlight was still on the old screen. (The orange part of the image)

This should just be the diffuser for the floodlight and not matter right? Should I glue it back or try to position it correctly in the phone? All help appreciated
