My phone is not giving vibration during calls and messages

@sarah8303 start off by dialing dial ##6484#*#* and select the vibrate option. If it'works, do a factory reset on your phone. MAke sure you back-up all of your files, contacts etc since you will lose whatever is on the phone.

If it does not work, it is tie to replace the vibration motor. Since Ifixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
