@lisa15217 the charging port on the Tecno Spark 7 is soldered to the charging board. To repair it, you would need to disassemble your phone, remove the charging board, desolder the old connector and the resolder a new one. Not knowing your skills or what tools you have, I would suggest that you replace the complete charging board. You are looking for a board like this This is not a vendor endorsement , just an example. There are many places that sell this particular board.
