Also try in safe mode and see if your camera is now found. IF so, it is a 3rd party app that creates those issues. Check your phone for any software updates. If there are any, update your phone, then restart. If there are none, you need to consider to perform a hard reset. That will delete all of your personal data. So make sure that you have all your passwords and the you've backed up your files (pictures/contacts/music etc.) You will lose it if you leave it on your phone. The FRP will also prevent your phone to turn on, after the factory reset process until logging on to your Google Account and Password. Check on here for the How-To to reset/restart.
