How to fix error code E23 and E21?

Hi,

I have problem with my pure i9.

I got e23 and e21 error codes and i bought new batteries to fix it. Its still showing same error codes, when i put it on charging station.

Sometimes it shows red battery icon, sometimes white, but error codes stays same.

I have cleaned charcing stations two metal pads and also pads beneath the vacuum. Pads are shiny clean and dont have any corrosion or dirt.

I have also cleaned the hole vacuum with bottled air, so vacuum is clean from dust and dirt.

Internet forums dont have anymore solutions to fix my vacuum. Some forums are telling that this pure i9-model usually get eletronic fault and it cant be fixed...

Can someone please save my vacuum from dumpster?

The error codes E23 and E21 on your Electrolux Pure i9 vacuum cleaner typically indicate issues related to the battery or charging system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot these errors:

1. E23 Error Code: This may suggest a problem with the battery or the charging contacts. Since you've already replaced the batteries and cleaned the charging contacts, the issue might be more complex, possibly related to the vacuum's internal electronics.

2. E21 Error Code: This is often associated with a charging error. It could be due to the vacuum not properly aligning with the charging station or a fault within the charging system itself.

Given that you've already attempted the basic troubleshooting steps without success, and considering that some forums suggest an electronic fault that might not be fixable, it might be time to consult with Electrolux support for professional advice. They may offer repair services or provide further guidance on resolving these error codes

If the vacuum is still under warranty, you should definitely reach out to Electrolux for a warranty claim or service. If it's out of warranty, they might still be able to repair it, or you might consider whether it's more cost-effective to replace the unit. Remember to provide them with the full details of the steps you've already taken and the persistent error codes.
