My iPhone 12 Pro Max keeps resetting

I’ve already replaced the proximity sensor, the display, and the charging port cable all which were original apple parts besides the display. It resets every 3ish minutes, and was initially not working properly because of water damage. I’ve put a lot of time into trying to fix it, so it’s frustrating that it still does not work.
