If this won't go past the HP logo, and there are any beeps at all, (more than 1), then this is a hardware problem.
Continuous beeps would probably be a CPU overheat, or fan failure, and should NOT be left powered on.
We need more info to say anything beyond this.

@tony53410 how many Beeps? Continuous? What have you checked? Tried to access your BIOS yet? What did you find when you did? YOur computer is a HP 22-b013w?
