Mic and ear speaker not working

My phone microphone and ear speaker don't work i checked everything so what can I do please?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Have you tested the phone in safe mode and checked?

Does the phone work OK on a call when using it in loudspeaker mode?

Can you hear and be heard OK on a call when using earphones with a microphone attachment plugged into the headphone jack?

my samsung speaker faced trublshoting, it push the earphon ,unplug itself from the speaker

When I call some one he or she is not hearing what Iam saying in cause of microphone when touch Load speak I hear what they saying

You need to replace the speaker at the top of the screen.
