Phone screen is not waking after my phone got wet in rain

Unfortunately the LCD on phones are particularly sensitive to being exposed to water and have a nasty habit of dying unceremoniously when they get wet. It sure sounds like that's what's happened to your phone, I'm sorry to say.

You can try drying it out with a hair dryer, but if it's been a while since it got wet and nothing is getting any better, then it's most likely time to replace the screen. The fact that it is reacting when you press the power button is a good sign that the rest of the phone is still working even though the screen appears to have met it's end.

My best suggestion at this point would be to go ahead and replace the screen. While you have it open, check inside for any other sign of water; if there is any be sure and clean it out well with 90% or higher concentration of isopropyl alcohol to help eliminate the possibility of corrosion forming as a result of the impurities in the water.

I didn't find any written iFixit-style guides for your phone, but there's a YouTube video that looks like it has everything you need to be able to do the job.

You shouldn't have any trouble locating a replacement screen; I'd suggest starting with places like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress, but there are many other sites out there that will carry them as well.
