It doesn't actually have something to do with your phone but rather your router. This is the thing that you got from the company that gets you your wifi. Could you please tell us who you pay for your wifi NOT YOUR CELLULAR DATA and could you give us quick picture of the thing your wifi company gave you for home wifi (how to add photo)

Also, a router comes AFTER the thing you get from an internet provider, which is mistakenly called a MODEM. It is actually a GATEWAY. MO DEM stands for the old noise things that MOdulate & DEModulate the signal from the last mile line. They don't do that any more.
Sounds like the CELL network to me. That would be a question to ask the CELL provider.
@ruggb sorry for the mix up with router/modem/gateway if the network it unstable then that would indicate WiFi because if you are using cellular data then you aren't connected to a WiFi network
@misikirtessema when do you see the message that your network is unstable, is it when you are connected to your home wifi network or when you are on the go not connected to any wifi
