try pressing it for 10 seconds then the unit will automatically restart if the problem remains the same and there is no vibration, most likely the screen you have has a pressing or crushing problem before. then you can look again for the next step

It will only go to the download os screen for bootloader but nothing else I was told it was battery I replaced battery and it worked then I hooked charger to it and it went back to flashing only
OK i tried what you said it didn't work ....then i got it to work i swapped around parts on another and got both working just now the one doesn't charge it will say it starts charging but the the battery just flashes and i go to settings and it says connected not charging
