I have recently bought a laptop and now it just randomly shuts off says reset pc. Then i clicked reset pc and then HP PC hardware diagnostics. I found that my hard drive is displaced. How do i fix it?

This is a wild answer for a hard drive, The read write heads are probably out of align meaning it has had a drop or shock. If the machine is worth it find the size of the hard drive and get it replaced. Trouble will be your operating system retrieval.
