Why is my fan not turning on?
I opened up the computer and inspected the fan. It was clean but I vacuumed it out. It does turn without any problems or hesitation. The wires and connectors all appear to be where they're supposed to be. But the fan just won't turn on so it gets extremely warm after about an hour's worth of use.

What is the make and model number of the computer or motherboard if it is a custom build?
If a desktop computer do you mean the CPU fan or the case fan?
If a laptop, if it has two fans do you mean the CPU fan or the GPU fan?
