2 Buttons have all stopped working
Device worked great for 2 years. Then yesterday the clean light came on. So we did the cleaning and completed the cleaning cycle. But today the clock is on (has power) but none of the buttons are working (brew, program, time change).

Same issue (buttons not responding, but clock works). Unplugged to reset, but no change. Held brew button on while plugging back in and now brew stays on when plugged in and won't turn off. At least I can make coffee, but not practical. Our Dcc-3400 is 18 months old.
