@jibrilmoha55722 could be a bad battery. Remember it is the battery that reports the state of charge to the computer. Replacing it should resolve this, but at 79% I'd still keep using it.

Hi @jibrilmoha55722,
Create a battery report to check the condition of the battery.
When you have the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge capacity value to view its condition.
For a good battery they would be the same value.
