My phone fell into the snow.

I was out earlier playing with my sister, but my phone slipped out of my pocket and picked it up as quick as possible. It said the dry it before charging it and it charged up from 5% to 18% then it stopped because someone called me. Since then it didn't charge, it's actually dead now and i can't do anything. I don't want to get a new charger because i just got one on Tuesday.
