Higher Idle and A/C low speed runs permant

Hi. I may do have a problem with my 2010 5.4 Harley Davidson Edition. I do use a SCT Flasher and program the idle to around 500rpm. Works great for a long time. Now i have the following Problem. As soon i turb on the heating/ A/C System (whether A/C Switch is turn on or not), the a/c compressor runs frequently (may normal) and the low speed fan turns on permantly. Then the Idle goes up to around 650rpm. In the past it was at 500rpm whether Heating Control is on or not.

After i turn off the hole heating control, the low speed fan and compressor turn off and the idle speed drops to the programmes 500rpm.

May have any solution for the problem?
