Whenever I adjust the stance of my laptop screen it glitches. At some position the display is completely black. With a small adjustment the display returns. I am afraid that in a while the screen won't return. My guess is that the hinge between the display screen and main body of the laptop is broken. How could I fix this?

If lid opens & closes normally hinges are fine.
Display glitch could be because of display cable going bad.

Could I continue using the laptop? Because it is working fine besides the displaythat glitches when I adjust the stance of the screen.
sometime in future you may need to change the display cable.
Can anyone help through the process of changing the cable?
