Cannot install certain games but others install just fine?

So I have been trying to install GTA V and usually somewhere between 20-50% completion it crashes and says corrupt data. I tried safe mode and rebuilding, the disk is clean(brand new actually) I tried a hard reset etc etc and just replaced the hard drive in my ps4, but it was doing this before I replaced it as well(it’s actually the reason I replaced the hard drive) The copy of the game is also brand new as I mentioned. So what’s going on? I’ve seen people say buy a new copy but this copy is literally brand new, I took the shrink wrap off and it immediately did this? Is there anything else to try I’m missing? I’m actually also running in to this problem with Elden Ring as well, again brand new and Assasins Creed Collection. I just installed RDR2. Seinko and persona 5 with absolutely no problems. It’s not a memory issue as there’s plenty left. I thought maybe it was because of the game sizes but RDR2 is bigger than 2 of them. Thought maybe game age but Assasins Creed collection is nowhere close to new. The only thing the 3 games that won’t work have in common that I know of is that I got them as Christmas Presents haha. I’m at a loss as to what is going on, I’ve tried everything possible that I found on google now and none of it worked.
