@mistrysneha if your phone vibrates when you turn it on, it is most likely that your screen has failed and will need to be replaced.
If your phone does not ten you need to determine if it gives you any sign of life. It could be the video circuitry on the main board that has failed. You did not tell us if anything has happened to your phone prior to the screen not turning on.

we need more information,
- is the device actually on, if you call it does it ring etc?
if it is on:
- when you touch the screen, do you get any sounds/feedback from pressing the buttons?
