How can I access my data in the phone with an unresponsive display?

My phones working fine. But the display is dead. Doesn't work even when I replaced it. I have not enabled USB debugging and don't have a way to access my data in the internal storage. The screens full black and not touch responsive. I tried softwares like Scrcpy and vysor. Still cannot access them without allowing permission or allowing file transfer from the phone itself. Any ideas?
