The problem you have here is completely fixable in the phone settings. Go into your settings and find apps or app permissions. There should be a permission for most apps to "Display over other apps". You can turn it off for every app (Except those that need it, such as messenger or YouTube). This should fix your pop-up ad issue. I've gotten more of these in the shop than I can count, and it's a five minute fix. Additionally, I'd suggest uninstalling any apps that are suspicious or don't serve a function (This includes low quality mobile games). Good Luck.
